Pop In from the Neighborhood: Guest Chef Anthony Simpson

Join us for lunch at the iCafe for a special meal from guest chef Anthony Simpson. A native Californian, Anthony attended Johnson and Wales University in North Miami, Florida. After garnering experience in some of the San Diego’s most iconic restaurants such as Azzura Point, the Marine Room, and Croce’s, Anthony began traveling the U.S. cooking for some of the countries finest destination lodges and resorts. Chef Anthony has been with Bon Appetit since 2016 and currently works as the Executive Chef at Petco.
