Impossible Burger

In honor of Earth Day we will be serving the revolutionary plant-based burger at both Salt + Air and iCafe from 4/17 -4/20.
The impossible burger is made from wheat protein, potato protein, coconut oil, and heme, a molecule that gives meat its color and flavor. It’s been making headlines for its great flavor and low carbon impact and we’re proud to serve it all week!
